About Cleveland SC
Cleveland Soccer Club (SC) is a Semi-Professional, Men’s soccer team that competes in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL). The team comprises some of the best soccer talent Northeast Ohio has to offer. The team roster is comprised of both current college players and former college players that are looking to continue their competitive careers. The NPSL is considered to be the 4th division of US Soccer and as such, is granted access to the US Open Cup.

Cleveland SC’s owner, Samuel Seibert started the team in 2018 after being approached by a group of former players that wanted to see competitive soccer be represented in the Cleveland/Metro area. This led Samuel to work with a group of former players to put together both a front office and technical staff that worked tirelessly to field a team within 90 days of forming.

We believe in the power of the of soccer to impact lives and encourage a healthy lifestyle. As a sport entity, it is our mission to introduce the game to new fans and future stars. We do this by ensuring the accessibility of our games and events to people of all economic, cultural and social backgrounds.

As a club, we always aim to be a team that our fans can take pride in. This means that our staff pledges to put in the work required to continue as a quality organization. This includes prompt response to fan inquiries, respectful treatment of our fans, players, staff, and partners, and competent management of our business.

Soccer without supporters is nothing. As a club, Cleveland SC aims to build a family around our common love of soccer. We welcome supporters, families, players, and staff to join us year-round whether we are at a game, at a fan event, or working in the community.

Part of representing our great city is giving back to those in need. As a club, Cleveland SC pledges to always find ways to support the community that has given so much to all of us.
About The NPSL
National Premier Soccer League
The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is the largest established men’s soccer league in the United States with 98 teams competing across the country in 2018. The NPSL is a successor to the Men’s Premier Soccer League (MPSL), which was formed in 2002. The NPSL is a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and is thereby affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). The NPSL’s cooperative and turnkey ownership platform has led to its explosive growth, countless player development opportunities, and commitment to grow the game in the United States.
