Prior to joining Davis & Elkins, Faye played for the Dallas College Cedar Valley Suns, where he earned NJCAA Division III Second Team All-American honors, First Team All-Dallas Athletic Conference recognition, and was named DAC Offensive Player of the Year. He was also named DAC Player of the Week on September 25 and became the first player in program history to record two hat tricks in a single season.
