Uleto Fuentes, from Twinsburg, Ohio, attended Twinsburg High School, where he earned Second-Team All-Ohio honors along with several league and regional accolades. He continued his collegiate career at Wright State University while joining Cleveland SC in the summer season.

Uleto joined Cleveland SC as a player in 2024, making his debut on May 18. Across his time with the club, he made 18 starts, logging 1,505 total minutes and contributing four assists.

In 2026, Uleto transitions into a new role with Cleveland SC as an Assistant Coach.
