Joshua Bell is a defender from Kingston, Jamaica, and a graduate of South Kent School.

Bell competes at Harford Community College, where he plays for the Fighting Owls. A versatile player, he has featured across the backline and wide positions, including right back, left back, and on the wing.

As a sophomore, Bell appeared in 19 matches with 17 starts, recording one goal and two assists.

In addition to his on-field contributions, Bell has excelled academically with a 3.7 GPA. He has earned Region 20 First Team All-American honors as well as NJCAA Division I Third Team All-American recognition.

Bell also comes from a strong soccer background, as his brother, Matthew Bell, played at Marshall and was selected by Real Salt Lake in the first round of the MLS SuperDraft.

Bell is also a former high school teammate of Oneil Mitchell, who is a member of the Cleveland SC roster.

Bell joins Cleveland SC in the NPSL on defense for the upcoming 2026 season.
