Rodrigo Bandeira is a defender from Salreu, Portugal, and a graduate of Escola Profissional de Aveiro.

Bandeira began his collegiate career at Indian Hills Community College in 2023, where he appeared in three games and made one start. During his freshman season, he scored one goal, which came against Lewis & Clark on October 11, 2023.

In 2024, while competing at Northwest Mississippi Community College, Bandeira appeared and started in 18 games for the Rangers. He recorded five goals and one assist for a total of 11 points, earning his first collegiate assist in a 3–3 draw against National Park on October 1, 2024.

Bandeira joined the Quincy Hawks as a Redshirt Sophomore in 2025. He will be a member of Cleveland SC’s 2026 roster in the NPSL.
