John Hollis joins Cleveland SC from Mercy University, where he has been a key contributor for the Mavericks in NCAA Division II.

In the 2025 season, Hollis was named CSC Academic All-District and earned a spot on the ECC Honor Roll. He appeared in 18 games, making 17 starts, and recorded two goals and two assists for six total points. He scored two goals in a match against St. Thomas Aquinas on October 22nd and added two assists against D’Youville on November 1st. Over the season, he totaled 18 shots with five on goal and played 1,377 minutes.
Prior to Mercy, Hollis played at West Virginia Wesleyan College.

The midfielder is set to compete with Cleveland SC during the 2026 summer season.
