CANCELING AN ORDER

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value may apply for custom products if the order has entered production.

• Cancellation fees may vary depending on the status and size of the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Customized Products)

• We guarantee the quality of Cleveland SC products.

• Exchanges or store credit will be issued for defective products reported within 30 days of shipment.

• Defects do not include damage caused by improper care, such as laundering, ironing, or exposure to chemicals.

• Customized items (e.g., uniforms, apparel with lettering, numbering, embroidery, or custom designs) are pre-approved by the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for design changes on pre-approved designs.
